Vitafoam’s foam blocks and sheets are produced with different widths, thickness and densities. Vitafoam is fully equipped with vertical and horizontal cutting machines. Vitafoam provides Acoustic Foam for both Tecnoisless and Pyrosorbs. Vitafoam Ltd also holds large stocks of chemicals related to its vast production of polyurethane foam in the continuous block system.
Polyurethane Foam Blocks
Vitafoam foam blocks are produced on a Cannon Viking continuous Block System. The maximum width is of 210cm. The most popular foam density blocks available from stock are:

Acoustic Foam – Tecnoisless
Vitafoam supplies polyester and polyurethane combined with other products for any choice of soundproofing materials suitable for various needs. Sound absorbing products eliminate up to 60-70 % of the noise. The sound insulation ones eliminate 100% of the noise due to the fact that they to absorb both the low and the high frequencies.
Acoustic Foam – Pyrosorb-S
Pyrosorb-S Class ’0’ fire rated or fireseal is produced by impregnating standard foam with liquid carbon which is dried leaving a fire resistant acoustic foam which is able to withstand various ignition sources. Due to its flexibility and non-irritant characteristics and durability, it is a safe and easy to install. Class ’0′ can be easily and safely cut and shaped to your needs.
Chemicals
Vitafoam Ltd holds large stocks of chemicals related to its vast production of polyurethane foam in the continuous block system. For this reason, the company is also in a position to supply foam rubber chemicals to other manufacturers as raw material.
